Over the years, the company has been able to produce very complex and sophisticated components with the collaboration of its Prime Contractor using international standards and procedures. In this role it has had access to the know-how of the most important space programs and has dealt with the major contractors’ certification bodies, as well as with the most important Italian and European agencies.

The company is also aiming to cooperate with diversified customers, also launching innovative production lines for new components (Hybrid Technology) and to serve the needs of new markets in which the complexity of the project is driven by stringent performance requirements and border.

The start of a new industrial project involves a careful study that is carried out in the following phases of analysis and which is based on maintaining a constant balance between technical and economical feasibility.
In the Operational phase the project is analyzed in light of the company’s technical organization (highlighting potential and constraints in the existing system).
In the Technical phase Focus is on available technologies and technical skills inside the company and / or available in the market.
The Economic / Financial phase starts from the results of the operational and technical analysis, relating them to the relative costs / revenues. In this context the costs (both variable and fixed) related to the new project are analyzed and the balance between them and the expected revenues is analyzed, the ability to cover the costs and the generated cash flows is verified and the tenability of the project is assessed, its convenience being compared to alternative uses of resources through different solutions.
In the Temporal phase, in line with the results of the operational and technical analysis, the development and production-start time-lines are analyzed for consistency and acceptability.
