Composite Materials
- Carbon Lamination. Use of programmed machines for the preparation and cutting of laminates according to assembly drawing. Use of molds for shaping the objects made.
- Machining of the workpiece. Use of numerical control machine for carving-out of the pieces, drilling and realization of metal inserts used for assembly.
- Automated assembly of the object by collating and using the metal inserts previously produced.
- Preparation of the thermal blankets that will be applied on the finished antennas.
